Iverk Produce is one of the largest suppliers of fresh fruit and vegetables in the South East of Ireland. From our base in Piltown, Co. Kilkenny, we deliver daily to wholesalers, retail outlets and food manufacturers across Ireland. Our modern facilities include temperature-controlled storage, warehousing and packing facilities. We select and deliver the best of nature’s produce to our customers – freshly, simply, daily.
The Iverk Show was instigated by the Fourth Earl of Bessborough in 1826 to encourage local farmers to grow good quality crops and display them in an annual competition. Together with over 50 local growing partners, we take great pride in continuing the time-honoured tradition of sourcing top quality, locally grown food from the ancient Barony of Iverk.

Dole is the world’s leading provider of fresh produce. Operating out of 30 countries, their vertically integrated supply chain extends across the globe incorporating over 250 facilities. Growing, sourcing, packing and marketing, they distribute over 300 lines of fresh produce. It was established in 2021 with the coming together of Total Produce.
The O’Shea family have farmed on the banks of the River Suir since the early 1800’s. From a smallholding of 21 acres their farm has grown over six generations to 1,500 acres. They founded Iverk Produce in 1980 to market their crops. Working locally with over 200 growing partners, they are our main supplier of potatoes and carrots.
Meadowfresh Foods is a major supplier of prepared potatoes, fruits and vegetables to the Food Service, Retail and Food Ingredients sector. Based in Tallow, Co Waterford, they work closely with us to create new outlets for our produce and reduce waste in the food chain.
